It's interesting to know that commercial realtors would have the right network of clients that would not usually be found on published listings. I can imagine how that would be a huge help for small business owners who have a limited budget when buying a shop or space. So they could use their services which might actually save them in the long run because of actually finding the right deal for their preferences.
